If you are a citizen of India then you have to take a permit from Bhutan immigration office situated at Phuentsholing at Indo-Bhutan border and for that permit you require an Indian passport or a voter id one of two and if you are below 18 then you require a school id or birth certificate Now i tell you how much it costs .If you are not a citizen of India,then you have to pay $250 per day and if you are a solo traveller then you have to pay $40 US extra that costs you $290 per day so it is really expensive for foreigners
